It was a lovely Friday evening at the rose garden at Roger Williams Park, where I enjoyed spending my time with Odessa and Harry. Due to the summer storm, we had to relocate here, but it ended up being a beautiful, intimate time. This genuine couple has known one another since they were 7 years old. I could not believe it! They grew up in the church together, but eventually started their own lives. Many years later their paths crossed again, and their love grew quickly.
On Odessa’s birthday, Harry took her and some of his daughters out to dinner to celebrate. They made sure to have Greg’s-death by chocolate cake (yummyyyyy)! When they got home, he surprised not just her, but everyone, and got on one knee. They all were so shocked! It is just about a month away now till “the two become One” and I am super excited to be able to capture similar moments like these on that day! I completely see the love in their eyes and the way they look at one another, there is no denying their love. See for yourself…
Harry and Odessa, thank you for a wonderful evening. It was such a pleasure capturing you too, you made my job easy! Thank you for being yourselves and letting your love and light shine. I am honored to have met you both and for you letting me share this special time. I cannot wait for your big day!!! …. especially witnessing that first dance 😉
