It was a beautiful spring evening at the Beavertail State Park, in Jamestown, RI, this past Friday. The windy air + ocean view was the most picturesque location to capture Brianna + Mike’s love. This beautiful, engaged couple, was celebrating their 7 year anniversary that day + felt what better way to honor this milestone than at their engagement session. Well of course, they had a beautiful, romantic dinner in Newport to follow. But it was such a fun evening, with many laughs + sweet moments with these two. 

Brianna was a sophomore in high school and met Mike while he was in his junior year. They began dating later that spring + well, the rest is history! As for most young couples, the odds are usually stacked against them since for many people, as you grow older, you may grow apart, but these two, it was a different story. They continued to pursue their dreams, supporting + loving one another through their college years, + if anything, it only brought them closer. 

Mike’s big, generous heart is what has drawn Brianna to him + has made it easy for her to love him. His constant encouragement brings out the best in her + has helped her become the best version of herself. He is one of the best persons she has ever met and is her biggest supporter.

Brianna is absolutely adored by Mike + you can see it in the way that he looks at her. He loves to constantly make her laugh + see her in the moment. He loves when her laugh becomes silent + she crinkles her nose. So cute! You can tell he loves her in a way that makes her feel like she’s the only girl in the world that matters.

Mike proposed to Brianna in the sweetest way! Brianna’s mother + sister brought her to see ‘Waitress,’ the Musical, since it was the day before her birthday. When the show was over, they went back to their hotel room + there, Mike was standing in the middle of the room, wearing a tux. The room was full of candles + rose pedals. He hung string lights and pictures of them all through out the room. It was absolutely stunning + beyond perfect. 

Brianna + Mike are most excited to fully do life together as a married couple. They are two beautiful, individuals that were designed by God to be ‘One.’ Their relationship is centered around their love for God + know it is because of Him that they have been blessed to have one another in their lives. They been through so much together in these past 7 years, + they can’t wait to continue to experience life’s struggles + joys as ‘man and wife,’ starting in May of 2019.

Thank you soooo much for allowing me to be apart of such an exciting time in your lives! I had so much fun capturing your love + cannot wait to be there on your wedding day. It is beautiful to witness how God has brought you two together. I loved how we all were able to have experienced going on the alternative spring break trip to New Orleans as college students + see how powerfully God moves there. It’s crazy how the same trip where I met my hubby, was where you met him a few years later. Such a small world, but a big God!

Again, thank you for trusting me + letting me witness your love. I had so much fun with you both (I swear y’all were models)! I am so excited to see what God has in store for you both as you officially become ‘One.’
