It was just 10 days before Christmas, on a beautiful, winter day, where Missy and Alex decided to declare their love for one another. The Christmas season has always been a sentimental time for them since all of their relational milestones were around this time of year. They decided on having a small, intimate wedding as they prepare to buy their beautiful, dream home in the country. Everyone that surrounded them was beyond supportive and truly adored this couple.

The Norwich Inn & Spa was the perfect location for them to create this sweet time for their close loved ones gather and to enjoy a relaxing weekend together. It was quaint and elegant; providing them with such a cozy place for a winter wedding. Many of the details they did themselves; from the bouquets, centerpieces, favors, etc. and they came out so beautiful!

Alex and Missy have known one another since their youth group days in church, but it wasn’t till years later where they saw one another again, that Alex got the courage to act on his feelings for her. These two are best friends, confidants, and think so highly of one another. It’s honorable to the see the respect they both express towards each other in the way they communicate and interact with another, even when they think no one is watching.

Their day was a beautiful expression of ALL OF THE THINGS; Love, Joy, gratitude, Hope, and FUN. These two are embarking on such an amazing journey, one that is too good not to document.

I love this. Looking handsome Alex! Then I took him outside and to set him up, back turned, for Missy to join him for their ‘First-look.’ The courtyard was the perfect place for it… Alex was super excited and ready to see his beautiful bride! Awe!! So. Stinkin’. CUTE! They were so excited to see one another!! These two! 😭 ✨ Simply beautiful. Missy is the Queen of Winter! Ahh Missy, you are so beautiful!

Love them! Missy’s bouquet was beautiful!! I’m amazed how they put them together themselves! Simply breathtaking… ✨ Gorgeous! So sweet. I just LOVE this. You are so beautiful Missy! Stunning. So sweet… their last moment together before their Groomsmen and Bridesmaids joined them✨ Just beautiful!!

All of their sweet guests were seated, at the reception. They definitely loved to keep clanging their glasses to get the couple to keep kissinggggg… These two! 😍✨❤️ Cake cutting time!!! I absolutely loved how elegant, simple, and festive this Wedding cake was! I love the way they smile at one another. ❤️ They are so cute!! Missy’s brother Brian was one out of the many of closed loved ones who shared some heartfelt words and toasted to the sweet couple! As dinner came to an end, then it was time for the couple to make their way to the dance floor for their First-Dance as Mr. and Mrs. So sweet. They danced while I was singing to the song ‘You Raise Me Up’ by Josh Groban. The Father-Daughter dance ALWAYS gets me choked up! And then it became time for the mother-son dance and these two just melted my heart! Alex’s mama is amazing!!! You know what time it is now!!!!! They were soooo cute dancing together! They were on the dance floor all night! So many sweet couples! 😭 They’re too cute!! The night faded away as they were on the dance floor with their crew. They were so much fun!!
