This is the beautiful Chelsea and Janell… they met in high school at Norwich Free Academy, Norwich CT, in drawing class. They had mutual friends and he asked his boy, “who is that!?” Well Chelsea got up the courage, gave him her number the last day of the semester! (you go girl!) …He texted her and they have been talking every day since! They were friends for a few years, always hanging out together. They enjoy doing random things together, like grocery shopping, laundry, watching Netflix and taking their furry child to the dog park.

Now for the really good stuff! Janell proposed at Chelsea’s favorite place, the beach. He planned it the day after her birthday so it wouldn’t seem expected (he’s sneaky…). Her family was on the beach holding signs saying ‘Happy Birthday Chelsea’ and they flipped the signs over which said, “Will you Marry?”… Chelsea’s nephew was then holding a sign that said “JJ.” She then turned around and Janell  was down on one knee and the song, “Marry Me” was playing! Everyone was cheering and clapping… the whole family ran up to them and gave them hugs! So stinkin precious.

There big day is only a month away and I could not be more ecstatic! It is going to be amazing. Their wedding ceremony will be on the beach at Watch Hill, Westerly, RI. Following their reception at the beautiful Westerly Yacht Club. 

For their engagement session, they met me at Roger Williams Park and we hit it off right away! Oh, the jokes we had immediately. It was so much fun! Here’s how it unfolded….
